AIR Pneumoプロジェクトへの支援

Occupational pneumoconiosis is a disease caused by the accumulation of dust and other particulates in the cells of the lung as a result of long-term inhalation during excavation or construction work.
And Occupational pneumoconiosis is a disease that can be prevented through early detection and treatment. The WHO/ILO has launched a project to eliminate occupational pneumoconiosis by 2030.
We at BRIDGE support this project and provide technical guidance on diagnosis of pneumoconiosis in Asian countries.
We also support the project’s aim to certify physicians who have the skills to reliably perform x-ray diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, by sending experts to needed areas as well as through providing technical support and funding.
